Dominica Cluster (Block C) is one of the smallest clusters in Caribbean Estates and is the only townhouse complex.   This unique cluster has 108 homes on three streets – Dominica Boulevard, Hampstead Way and Piton Place.  In looking at the island of Dominica from which our cluster has been fashioned we look at the similarities and differences with our own country.  Below is a brief introduction to the island of Dominica.

LOCATION:
Dominica is about 1,500 miles southeast of Miami and 1,763 miles east of Honduras, Central America. The Caribbean Sea is to the west. The Atlantic Ocean is to the east. The independent Commonwealth of Dominica is sandwiched between the French-aligned islands of Guadeloupe, to the north, and Martinique, to the south.
