Residents of Caribbean Estates:
As we prepare for the staging of our second annual Barbeque on August 28, 2010, the Planning Committee continues to work assiduously to make us proud. We are seeking the indulgence of our fellow residents as we attempt to ameliorate one of our shortcomings from last year’s staging.

Caribbean Estates will be hosting its annual community barbeque on August 28th, 2010. It will be a fun filled affair with games, mini-competitions, plus prizes and surprises. Tickets are now available at the property office and from the following persons:

Caribbean Estates is thinking ahead and thinking about you.  We know that summer is approaching and you are all making preparations for actiities for your young and not so young children. Our summer program will involve full utilisation of your children's day to include:
* Tennis lessons
* Basketball
* Netball
* Badminton
* Football camp

We want your input and we want to plan adequately for this venture, take the time to answer these questions to better assist us.

1)  Residents who wish to do modification to their property are being reminded to contact the property office for guidance and/or a pass to take in their construction materials.  Please note that the material WILL NOT be allowed in without a pass.
2)  Residents are being asked to assist with the upkeep of the community. When reporting a malfunctioning street light to the property office, you need to give the pole number, cluster name and the street name.
