Caribbean Estates Citizens Association (CECA) is in the process of submitting a letter to the Greater Portmore postal service requesting the installation of additional mail boxes within the Estates. Cost The Mail box rental service in the first year would cost $2,500 per box and a deposit of $600 for each key. |
