New water and sewerage approved by OUR

THE Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) has approved new water and sewerage service rates for all customers of Dynamic Environmental Management Limited (DEML) effective January 9.
DEML is the water and sewerage services provider for Vineyards Estate,Caribbean Estates, Portmore Country Club and Morris Meadows all in St Catherine.

Park Use Policy

The Executive Body of the Caribbean Estates Citizens’ Association recognizes the value of having the facilities such as the Main Park and the Cluster Parks to serve the citizens of Caribbean Estates.  To achieve this objective, it shall be the policy of the Executive Body of the Caribbean Estates Citizens’ Association to grant and encourage maximum use of the parks to responsible and properly organized residents and friends for cultural, educational, recreational, and civic purposes.

  2. Martinique (Block B):The 2nd Sunday of every month
  3. Dominica (Block C): The 3rd Sunday of every month
  4. St. Vincent (Block D):The last Sunday in each month
  5. Barbados (Block E): 1st. Sunday in each month
  6. Grenada (Block F): 1st. Sunday following the Exec. meeting
  7. St. Martin (Block G): The 2nd Sunday of every month
  8. Trinidad (Block H): The last Sunday of every month
